BUDS Update A5A3  Released (199 MB)

BRP has released BUDS Update Version 1.43.001 (199 MB), introducing new service functions, software improvements, and bug fixes across multiple BRP vehicle platforms.

General Improvements

  • Improved support for folder names containing special characters.
  • Added embedded hyperlinks to videos and how-to documentation.
  • Updated and standardized software translations for improved clarity and consistency.

Can-Am 3WV

  • Added support to return 4-Stroke ECM service parts to a blank state within a 14-day grace period.
  • Added DTC P0036 for the Secondary O2 Sensor.

Can-Am 2WV

  • Fixed inconsistent scan results after flash or configuration events without requiring a complete power cycle.
  • Added 4-Stroke ECM blank-state recovery support.

Can-Am ATV

  • Fixed Component Activation issue affecting the cooling fan on MY2025 models.
  • Corrected ABS/DPS Variant Coding issues following ABS flash updates.
