Typical delivery time for digital products is from 1 to 24 hours after payment confirmation, depending on verification requirements and product configuration.
Hardware Shipping
Physical products such as diagnostic interfaces, MPI devices, cables and accessories are shipped worldwide.
Available shipping methods:
- EMS international courier delivery — estimated delivery time 14-21 days
- Nova Poshta international delivery — estimated delivery time 7-16 days
Shipping conditions:
- Tracking number is provided after dispatch
- Delivery time depends on destination country, customs clearance and local logistics conditions
- Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and regulatory requirements in their country
Equipment Warranty
All diagnostic hardware supplied by DIAG-SYSTEMS is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty conditions:
- Warranty applies only to hardware defects under normal professional use
- Damage caused by improper connection, incorrect voltage supply, mechanical damage or unauthorized modification is not covered
- Warranty service may require diagnostic verification and return shipment of the device
Refund Policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery, activation or access to download materials.
Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of:
- confirmed technical malfunction
- activation failure due to system error
- verified incompatibility confirmed by technical support
Hardware return requests are evaluated individually and may require inspection.
Shipping, banking and payment processing fees are typically non-refundable.
